Acer has launched it’s an upgraded version called Acer C720P at a price of $299 in US that is roughly 18,750 (excluding taxes).
The Acer C720P Chromebook touchscreen features the Haswell-based Intel Celeron 2955U processor, a 32 GB SSD and 2 GB of RAM.
The device runs on Google’s Chrome OS, the new laptop from Acer is already garnering good reviews for its decent set of specifications. Chrome OS support instant boot systems and an amazing battery backup of 7.5 hours. The newer version of the Acer 720 is with an addition of an 11.6-inch touchscreen display with 1366 x 768 pixels.
As we look at the specification of C720P, its feature includes Wi-Fi connectivity supports USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and HDMI port. All this built in a body that weighs 1.35Kg and is 0.78 thick. Acer is also providing free cloud storage of 100GB on Google Drive with the package.
The New upgraded version will be available in early December from Amazon.com, Best Buy, and Acer’s Web store. The new Acer C720P comes with a standard one-year parts and labor warranty, which can be extended to three years with the Acer Advantage service.
