Gigabyte has announced a new gaming laptop called Aorus X7 at CES 2014. The device is packed with two NVIDIA GTX 765M SLI graphics cards under the cover. The 17.3-inch Aorus X7 seems to be very thin and light as it has a height of just 22.9mm, and weighs 2.9 kilograms.
Gigabyte has designed a system for the first time that includes five thermal pipes, four vents, and two fans to keep the Auros X7 cool.
Other specifications include a Full HD (1080p) display, an Intel Core i7-4700HQ 4th generation processor, up to 32GB of RAM, up to three hard drive slots that can take two SSDs up to 512GB each and a 2.5-inch HDD up to 1TB, Killer Lan chip, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, USB 3.0 and HDMI support, two 2-watt speakers and two woofers, which make it a complete gaming machine that users will enjoy for sure.
Most probably this cool gaming laptop will arrive in the market by March 2014 with a price tag of $2,099 to $2,799 depending on the configuration.
In addition, the company has also announced a couple of gaming accessories including the Thunder M7 mouse with 16 programmable buttons, the Thunder K7 keyboard, and Thunder M7 headphones that offer true 5.1 Surround Sound, and has created a Steam Machine prototype of its own.
