Intex is all set to dominate the smartphone market with its five new devices that include the Aqua i15, Cloud Y12, Cloud Y11, Cloud X11 and Cloud X1+ smartphones. These devices are listed on the company official website.
Going through the specifications, The Aqua i15 flaunts a 6-inch qHD (960×540 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
Other features of this device include standard connectivity features including 3G, a 2,400mAh battery, expandable MicroSD card slot and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The device is available in three colors including black, white and blue.
Other two devices Cloud Y12 and Cloud Y11 have the similar specifications like a 4-inch display, dual-core processors, 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera, and it also runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
However, the Cloud Y12 comes with an FWVGA display while the Cloud Y11 has a WVGA display. Another difference is that the Cloud Y12 comes with a flash light for the camera, which is absent in the Cloud Y11.
The Cloud X11 is a budget android smartphone featuring a 3.5-inch HVGA screen. It has a dual-core processor paired with 256MB of RAM. Similar to cloud y12 and y11, it sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with flash and a VGA front-facing camera and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The Cloud X1+ is a variant of the Cloud X1 smartphone that comes with a 2-megapixel camera instead of the 3-megapixel camera as seen on the previous model. Besides that, like the Cloud X1, the Cloud X1+ too has a 3.5-inch HVGA screen, is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor, and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Intex has listed these phones on its official website, but there is no word on the pricing and launch of these phones as yet.
