After automation tools Bumbl, on-demand company, Jugnoo now adds another product called ‘Fugu’ in its portfolio. Fugu is a proactive chat software that helps in handling customer requests and thus supports businesses of all types and sizes.
“The need of Fugu launch was initiated with a thought to shift to the on-demand platform for support services as well. And Fugu provides flexible and capable experience in real time to the customers,” Samar Singla, CEO & Founder of Jugnoo said.
The chat software is unique and can be customized as per the brand’s requirement. It offers three fold services – manual, personal and automated messaging services that handle standard queries with automated replies that work on AI BOT. The platform doesn’t have standard ticketing process, leading to quick responses and saving a lot of time, thus making customer service team productive.
Jugnoo claims to acquire 10 clients globally from countries like USA, UK, Australia, and Romania in less than 2 weeks of its launch. Further detailing its future plan, Samar adds, “We are expanding Fugu to more countries and moving product to AI (Artificial Intelligence based proactive chat-based support framework.”
Fugu connects to all platforms as it is compatible with mobile as well as the web. It helps in real time query handling, channelising received queries to the concerned department, analysing the customer behaviours and increasing retention and engagements for brands.
Earlier in this month, the company had launched Bumbl – a B2B SaaS based automation tools that connect important apps to build workflows. The launched automation tool works on the basis of API, making workforce focus on important work saving time and with ease, leading to effective results.
