Sequel of HTC One reportedly comes with a fingerprint scanner and Android KitKat 4.4

A recent tweet by XDA TV producer Shen Ye spotted by PhoneArena has claimed that HTC One sequel will come in black, red, blue and Gray color.

Through various rumor, we already know that it will feature an on-screen button and a fingerprint scanner and android KitKat 4.4. It will have a 5-inch Full HD resolution with scrollable wallpaper at the home screen.

In January, a smartphone tipster @evleaks had also claimed the device will have a Snapdragon MSM8974 2.3GHz processor, a 5-inch FHD 1080p display, 2GB RAM, an Ultra Pixel rear-facing camera, a 2.1MP front-facing camera, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac connectivity, and Android 4.4 KitKat OS with Sense 6.0.

Previously, PhoneArena has also reported that the next HTC One will be called the HTC One+, instead of the HTC One 2, which would have been extremely confusing.

Though this all rumors took place in the past still doesn’t confirm when the HTC One successor will be announced, although previous reports suggest it will be in February.
