Toshiba unveiled 4K display laptop at CES 2014

The first laptop with a 4K display from Toshiba has unveiled at CES 2014. Both the laptop from Toshiba has 15.6-inch 4K displays with 3840 x 2160 resolutions (282 ppi) first time available in the world. Only the difference is that Tecra W50 doesn’t feature the touch screen.

The Tecra W50

The Tecra W50 has targeted to the graphics professionals and engineers as it has inbuilt apps like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Tecra W50 features a 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor and a NVIDIA Quadro K2100M 2GB of the dedicated GDDR5 graphics card. RAM starts at 8GB capacity but it’s expandable to 32GB and storage options come in at up to 1TB.

Satellite P50t

The Satellite P50t is another kick mobile entertainment platform with a high responsive touchscreen display and Intel 4th generation Core i5 processor. It features integrated Mobile Intel graphics including an option of either 8GB or 16GB of RAM.

Both the devices price are not yet announced but likely to be launched in Mid-2014.
