4G VoLTE smartphone Swipe Konnect Power launched for Rs. 4,999

Swipe Technologies has launched a new affordable smartphone device called Swipe Konnect Power in its Konnect smartphone portfolio. The biggest highlight of the smartphone is its 3000mAh battery that can last up to a day with normal usage on a single charge, as the company claims.

The smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,999 and will exclusively be sold on Snapdeal starting Monday, August 7.

Commenting on the launch of Swipe Konnect Power, Shripal Gandhi, Founder and CEO of Swipe Technologies said, “Fulfilling aspirations of demanding Indians at affordable price is what differentiates Swipe from other smartphone players.  Our latest creation is yet another affordable device under the KONNECT series – KONNECT Power. It is designed for the aspiring youth of the country who requires long lasting battery that too with 2GB RAM yet the phone is light on pocket.”

In terms of specifications, the Dual SIM device, Swipe Konnect Power comes with a 5-inch HD IPS (720 x 1280 p) display and is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. The device is further coupled with 2GB of RAM and a 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 32GB via a micro SD card. However, it runs on an older Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system.

The other specifications on the device includes, an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 3000 mAh battery, which claims to last up to a day with normal usage on a single charge.

On the connectivity front, the device has standard options which include, Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, GPS, WiFi and a micro USB port.
