Motorola has launched the Motorola Signature smartphone in India, unveiling the device at an event held in Mumbai on Friday. Positioned as a premium offering, the handset is available in two Pantone-curated colour options and is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It can be configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
The Motorola Signature packs a 5,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. Motorola claims the phone can deliver up to 41 hours of battery life on a single charge. Alongside the hardware, the company is also introducing premium services such as Signature Club, which offers lifestyle and concierge support, and Moto Elite Care.

Motorola Signature price in India, availability
The Motorola Signature price in India starts at Rs. 59,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 16GB RAM + 512GB version is priced at Rs. 64,999, while the top-end 16GB RAM + 1TB storage model costs Rs. 69,999.
As part of launch offers, buyers can avail an instant discount of Rs. 5,000 using HDFC Bank or Axis Bank cards, or opt for an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 5,000. The smartphone will go on sale in India starting January 30 via Flipkart, and will be available in Pantone Carbon and Pantone Martini Olive colour options.
Motorola Signature specifications, features
The Motorola Signature runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI on top and supports dual SIM functionality. It features a 6.8-inch Super HD LTPO Extreme AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, and peak brightness of up to 6,200 nits. The display supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ content, and comes with SGS Blue Light and Motion Blur Reduction certifications. Motorola has also added Smart Water Touch technology, allowing the screen to remain responsive even when used with wet fingers.
Under the hood, the handset is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, built on a 3nm fabrication process, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage of up to 1TB. Motorola says the device carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, features an aluminium frame, and gets a premium textured rear finish depending on the colour variant.
For photography, the Motorola Signature features a triple rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). It is accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens, offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x hybrid zoom, along with OIS support. On the front, the phone houses a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-500 camera for selfies and video calls, and supports video recording at up to 8K resolution at 30fps.
