Right after it’s Z2 release earlier this month, Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched Moto E4 and Moto E4 plus in the US and other countries. Both E4 and E4 plus have shown promising features for the customers. E4 plus has a stunning 5.5 inches (69.4% screen-to-body ratio) and 720 x 1280 pixels Resolution while E4 has 5.0 inches (66.2% screen-to-body ratio) and 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, same as E4 plus.
The company has mainly focused on bringing the latest technology on both the devices which includes Camera, Fingerprint reader, Turbo Charging, Quad Core processor and the Android(Nougat) OS.
The fingerprint sensor is the home button on both the devices. Going on the looks, Motorola has left out nothing. E4 plus comes in 2 Colors, Iron Gray and Fine Gold and E4 is in Licorice Black and Fine Gold. Both Moto E 4 plus and Moto E4 are metal design and do share shapes with Moto G5.
In terms of optics, Moto E4 plus’s camera has an Auto-focus technology with a 13MP rear camera and 5MP in the front with LED flash. The video quality is 1080p@30fps, supporting the slow motion, panorama and HDR photos. This said, Moto E4 also has 8 MP back camera and 5MP front, supporting video quality of 1080p@30fps, autofocus and LED flash.
The new Moto E4 plus and E4 are already on the Nougat version (7.1). For Moto E4 plus the chipset is Qualcomm MSM8920 Snapdragon 427 and CPU, Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 whereas Moto E4 has Snapdragon 425 and CPU, Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53, same as E4 plus
Moto E4 plus has a 16/32 GB internal memory with a microSD card slot supporting up to 128GB card and 2 GB ram. But for E4, there is only 16 GB internal memory and external supporting up to 128GB.
Major features of these phone’s sensors are its Fingerprint (front mounted), accelerometer, and proximity compass. But the features don’t end here. It also has Fast Charging, non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh Battery, for E4plus and a 2800 mAh Battery for E4.
Now to the section, we would see when we like something, the price. In the US, E4 is for a reasonable cost of about 130USD (approx. 8,390 Rs) whereas E4plus with slightly better features than E4 is for 180 USD (approx. 11,617Rs).
